Customer Service Commendation
You may recall, that over the years, I purchased five vehicles from your dad, Jack, rest his soul. On Wednesday November 16,2005 I purchased a set of wippers frim your parts dept. and for the life of me I couln't install them myself. Yesterday, I brought them bac, seeking help. The parts man (I didn't catch his name) courtesly confirmed that they were correct and asked Body Shop Manager, to assist. He, braved the cold, wand with much effort was able to install them for me at no charge. You should be proud of these two employees and the fine customer Service extended to em. I hope you will extend my thanks to them personally for me.
