Appointment was on time and all staff were polite and helpful

I dropped my car off for an 8am appointment. I was asked if I needed it back for a certain time in which I said yes and explained why. When I had not heard from them by that time I called and checked on the status and they had not even started in my car yet and was told it would be at least 2 hours. I explained that I had already asked for it at a certain time and was given attitude and put on hold. The car was finally ready at 1:35. Simple oil change and rotate tires.

Joel was very helpful. I had called him on a Saturday afternoon because I had a blown out tire. He said he couldn’t do anything for me today because the shop is closed but they’re bringing in first thing Monday morning, which I did the staff over there looked at my car, which I’ve only had for six months and took care of the blown out tire on Tuesday. The service was fast and friendly and explained to me why I needed a second tire even though I had the car for 5000 miles.

Service was fine - but I booked it a week ahead of time for a recall, and they didn’t have the part ready so my 9am drop off took a day and a half to finish for a simple hood latch.

Very friendly, you feel like family here.

YOUR TECH BROKE MY DOOR HANDLE ORDER THE PART AND COULD NOT PUT IT ON UNTIL A WEEK LATER AND WAS TOLD WHEN THEY DO THE WORK I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR THE WHOLE DAY. I PICKED UP THE PART AND HAD MY LOCAL MECHANIC PUT IT ON IN 30 MINUTES. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK. I BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND DO NOT KNOW WHY I WAS MISTREATED LIKE THAT. THE MANAGER IN SERVICE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT ME. I HAVE A CHEVY AND SHOULD BE WELCOME A YOLUR DEALERSHIP LIKE EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER.

Had the BCM update performed on my 2024 2SS Camaro and so far no glitches that I have detected.I came at the scheduled time and the work was performed quickly and they took great care of the car.Bryan in service was pleasant and well informed.The dealership always outperforms the norms.

My visit to Mcglaughlin for service was excellent.

I just had my oil changed and had to take my grandson with me. they had crayons and books to keep him busy. They are always asking if we needed anything coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

This was the second time I have had my car serviced there and it will be the last . First time was for a free oil change and it cost me for a break job that I didn't need . This time was a sticker and guess what they said that I had an antifreeze oder in my car . It wasn't there when I left it off so who sprayed or dumped antifreeze in my car to make it smell .

Dealing with David S (salesperson) and Erick Smith (finance) was one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions. I really wasn't intending to walk away from the dealership today with all the paperwork signed for a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer. I thought that i was going there to look. They made me feel very comfortable, took the time to explain everything to me and put me at ease right away. As a recent widow, I never had to deal with all the major purchases alone, so I'm very happy that I stopped in that day. I have already spread the word to family and friends to check out McLaughlin for their next purchase/lease.

Awesome experience

Brought my vehicle in for a overheating issue and it was diagnosed as needing thermostat replaced. Paid $461.13 for it to be replaced and my vehicle is still spewing anti-freeze. Asked a neighbor to look at it and he saw where the anti-freeze is leaking from (top right side of radiator appears to be a hose or connection). Will call dealer on Monday to see if they make good on the repairs.

Service was able to find a part on back order in a reasonable amount of time and what might have been a few weeks wait without my vehicle, was just a week. I also appreciated their providing a loaner while waiting for my vehicle. McLaughlins has always taken very good care my vehicles or need of a vehicle. It is why I have been a customer since 1990.

I brought my car in for service and was greeted by Nick the Service Technician. We reviewed the work to be performed and he told me how long the work would take and its approximate cost. When the car was finished, Nick reviewed all the work that was done and notified me of any problems that might arise. I do not take my car to any other service center because I know that the work will be performed correctly the first time.

Love the staff which made the car buying experience the best I have had. Will be back for future deals.

Made an appointment for tire pressure monitors not working and an oil change. Very courteous at the desk, was able to get the tire pressure monitors covered by the extended warranty at no cost to me. They took care of all the paperwork. Very happy with the service.

As usual, very efficient and did not suggest unnecessary services. Also, noted services that should be done at the next oil change.
