I was receiving several error messages on my dashboard display. I dropped the car off without an appointment. Within 2 days, the issue was identified ( bad high-pressure fuel pump) and repaired in a timely manner. Everyone that I spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. McLaughlin Chevrolet always handles vehicle service professionally. I recommend their low-pressure sales team as well. Always the best deal with no hassle.

YOUR TECH BROKE MY DOOR HANDLE ORDER THE PART AND COULD NOT PUT IT ON UNTIL A WEEK LATER AND WAS TOLD WHEN THEY DO THE WORK I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR THE WHOLE DAY. I PICKED UP THE PART AND HAD MY LOCAL MECHANIC PUT IT ON IN 30 MINUTES. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK. I BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND DO NOT KNOW WHY I WAS MISTREATED LIKE THAT. THE MANAGER IN SERVICE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT ME. I HAVE A CHEVY AND SHOULD BE WELCOME A YOLUR DEALERSHIP LIKE EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER.

I just had my oil changed and had to take my grandson with me. they had crayons and books to keep him busy. They are always asking if we needed anything coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

This was the second time I have had my car serviced there and it will be the last . First time was for a free oil change and it cost me for a break job that I didn't need . This time was a sticker and guess what they said that I had an antifreeze oder in my car . It wasn't there when I left it off so who sprayed or dumped antifreeze in my car to make it smell .

Dealing with David S (salesperson) and Erick Smith (finance) was one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions. I really wasn't intending to walk away from the dealership today with all the paperwork signed for a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer. I thought that i was going there to look. They made me feel very comfortable, took the time to explain everything to me and put me at ease right away. As a recent widow, I never had to deal with all the major purchases alone, so I'm very happy that I stopped in that day. I have already spread the word to family and friends to check out McLaughlin for their next purchase/lease.

I brought my car in for service and was greeted by Nick the Service Technician. We reviewed the work to be performed and he told me how long the work would take and its approximate cost. When the car was finished, Nick reviewed all the work that was done and notified me of any problems that might arise. I do not take my car to any other service center because I know that the work will be performed correctly the first time.

All procedures done on time . Wonderful. Taking cars of my 4 1/2 year Colorado. Never a problem. Best care anywhere. Staff. best arround.

My lease was ending in March so my husband and I went over the weekend to see what was available. Dave was a great help! I wanted to downgrade my blazer for an equinox and he was able to show me a couple options and answer any questions I had. After testing the equinox he was able to get me out of my lease early and help me lower my monthly payments. He was very professional and kind throughout the process. From Doreen Moore, who's been there with every vehicle I have owned/leased, through the Finance and Service departments, everyone there is helpful and upfront without trying to sell me anything I don't want. Every vehicle I've bought or leased from McLaughlin Chevy has been very reliable and I've loved driving each one.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE VERY KIND SEE YOU NEXT TIME

Brought my vehicle in for a overheating issue and it was diagnosed as needing thermostat replaced. Paid $461.13 for it to be replaced and my vehicle is still spewing anti-freeze. Asked a neighbor to look at it and he saw where the anti-freeze is leaking from (top right side of radiator appears to be a hose or connection). Will call dealer on Monday to see if they make good on the repairs.

My dad leased and bought the vehicle there previously. They had a lot of patience for me as it was my first car and I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. They explained every step and gave me information about leasing and possibilities at the end of the lease to gave me full picture and information to make best decisions for myself. They spent a lot of time with me and made my first car experience less stressful and more comfortable.

I thought your prices were way too expensive. After i left your business, I went to another place of business {not a dealership} the price was almost half of your price. That told me something. I think you know what that is.

Just in for inspection sticker this time, prompt as always!

Fair, I had an oil change and a new filter installed. A day after that, there has been an odor lingering and seeping out from the engine bay. Basically, a burning smell, I will have to check it tommorrow and lift the hood to see if there is any smoke. Warranty Solutions helped with a $900 repair from the electronic wiring issue in 2025, the year before Warranty Solutions covered a more involved repair, I wonder if the water pump should be replaced and check the balance shaft of the DOHC 1.8L Ecotec Engine still under 80,000 miles. Overall, the engine sounds like a diesel engine rather than a typical gas engine. Today, I checked the antifreeze tank and that was half full, in the 2024 repair that was part of the engine woes.

I needed new wiper blades and stopped by the dealership to see if they would take a walk-in. The Service Technician Bryon said he could do it and told me to have a seat. Bryon notified me less than a half our later that new wipers were installed and I was good to go. It is service like this that keeps me coming back here with my two cars for scheduled service. This dealership is the best.

Everyone was great and did good by me. My only complaint is that my less than 2 year old car has a faulty sensor for my breaks. I was told it’s a Chevrolet issue. It concerns me because I will have a teenage driver driving that car. What other areas will my faulty sensor fail to sense appropriately. Seems like a safety issue to me.
