Hello, I’m Paul McLaughlin, Dealer Principal. We are located in Whitman around 20 miles south of Boston, so we are easy to get to. Our dealership was founded in 1922, and I represent the third generation of family ownership. Our team has been here a long time, too! The majority of our staff have worked here for longer than 12 years, and some have been with us in Whitman for over 20 years!

If you choose our store for your service and maintenance needs, you will love our Customer lounge. We are fully stocked with complimentary coffee, Wi-Fi, TVs, children’s toys, and comfortable chairs! We have an immense Service facility with 12 service bays so we can meet your needs in a timely manner. If you need to go while your vehicle is in our shop, we have a courtesy shuttle to take you anywhere you need to locally, and for extended repairs we have new courtesy Chevrolet loaner vehicles available.
All our Service technicians are GM Certified, and they are continuously taking the most up-to-date training available so we can stay ahead of today’s evolving technology. We also have three Master Technicians on our staff! We only use genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer Parts and accessories when the job calls for it. OEM parts have the highest tensile strength steel for the best reliability. If you want to trust the repair to get you to your destination, then bring it in to McLaughlin and rest-assured the work has been completed to GM Factory specifications.
